Except otherwise stated, any confirmed reservation canceled without due notice is subjected to a cancellation fee according to the following scale:

– A 100% refund of the prepaid reservation amount will be received, if the cancellation is due to occur because of weather conditions or reasons that are not caused from your side.

– A 100% refund of the prepaid reservation amount will be received, if the cancellation from your side is made up to 21 calendar days (3 weeks) prior to your booked rental date.

– A 70% refund of the prepaid reservation amount will be received, if the cancellation from your side is made between the 21st and the 7th calendar day prior to your booked rental date

– If the cancellation is made during the last 7 days prior to your booked rental date or once the rental time has passed, you will be charged 100% of your payment and will not be eligible for any refund.
